Anti-wrinkle treatment is a minimally invasive, non-surgical option that may help soften the appearance of selected expression lines. It works by temporarily relaxing specific facial muscles responsible for lines associated with facial expression. Ideal for adults bothered by forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, or crow's feet around the eyes. Also suitable for those wishing to prevent deeper wrinkles from forming. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
What Happens During Treatment
Your treatment begins with a consultation to assess your facial anatomy and discuss your goals. Your doctor will identify the specific muscles causing your lines and mark precise injection points. Using a very fine needle, botulinum toxin is injected into the targeted muscles. The procedure is quick — typically 15–30 minutes — and discomfort is minimal, often described as a small pinprick. You can return to normal activities immediately after.
